Patricia A. Butler

Patricia Butler founded the firm in 1980 and has over 40 years of professional experience in land use and environmental planning, and environmental impact assessment and documentation. In addition to directing BRG’s 40+ years of successful project experience in providing comprehensive CEQA and NEPA compliance services for public and private development, Ms. Butler leads BRG’s provision of effective land use planning and entitlement services, notably for mixed use urban development. She was a member of the San Diego City Planning Commission for six years.
